Movement Theory and Strategy

Course

24th February, Wednesday - 24th February, Wednesday

Online

Time: 19h00 to 21h00 CET

How are movements organised? What makes them different from campaigns, and what roles do we need to make them win? Join this open session to explore the theory of Movement Strategy models and how they have helped shape movements in the past. What lessons can we take and apply to our movements today?

This workshop will explore Movement Strategy theory, based in Boll Moyer’s “Movement Action Plan”, that covers the “4 roles” in a movement, and the phases of movements. We will also look at the Momentum cycle theory and look at phases in organising.
